To earn points, please ensure:

– Receipt submission is valid within 1 month from the date of purchase.
– Full receipt submitted must be clear and readable (must contain outlet’s details, receipt ID, date, product description, and pricing amount).
– Loyalty points will be credited into member’s account within 7 – 10 working days (only for FreshKon products).
– Points collected will be valid for 1 year from the last earning transaction, based on first in first out basis. Accumulated points must be used up prior to the point expiry date or it will be forfeited.
